The Neese 9100APK Air Tex Class 3 Hi-Vis Jacket is waterproof, windproof, and breathable. It is made of polyester with a polyurethane coating. It features silver 2 inch 3M Scotchlite reflective tape and a two-piece tuck-away hood. There is a zipper front with a storm flap with snap closure so you can stay dry. It also features an inner pocket, elastic cuffs, and 2 outside patch pockets with snap closure flaps. This ANSI Class 3 jacket also meets ANSI/ISEA 107-2004 Standards.
