The Petzl AVAO sit fast harness is ideal for positioning and suspension with a seat harness that is designed for greater all-day comfort. The semi-rigid construction of the waistbelt and leg loops provides excellent support without limiting the airflow through the harness. The AVAO sit fast also provides ample storage for tools with multiple attachment points for lanyards. It can also be converted to a fall arrest harness when combined with a TOP chest harness giving you the flexibility to get the job done with an extremely comfortable piece of equipment.
