The Pyramex behind the head earmuff is designed easily worn with a wide variety of personal protective equipment. The adjustable neckband is made of a core of stainless steel for enhanced durability and is coated with polyethylene to provide smooth adjustment. The large soft foam earcups tilt for optimum comfort and efficiency. These earphones have a noise reduction rating of 22 dB.
