SHIPPING AND RETURNS

The CAM Company appreciates your business. We strive to provide excellent customer service and want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact customer service at cameron@thecamcompany.com for a return authorization number. We do not accept any merchandise without a return authorization number.

 

We will honor a 14-day return policy. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect and return the item within 14 days.  All returned items must have original tags and packaging. We do not accept returns on apparel or shoes/boots that have been worn, laundered, modified, customized, personalized or with logos added. We reserve the right to deny any return or request additional information. Product showing any sign of wear or alteration (e.g. dirty or washed) will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued.

 

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, a credit will be issued only to the credit card originally used to purchase the item. Please allow several business days for the credit to show up from your financial institution. Restocking fees will only be charged if we are charged.

 

Once a personalized, custom-made item is ordered, the item may not be canceled or returned unless the product is defective.

 

Due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic, all personal items considered PPE will only be accepted and refunded if the package is unopened and unused. 

 

We do not refund shipping or freight charges on any orders or returns.

 

Clearance items are not eligible for returns.

 

We do not ship outside of the United States.
